Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms govern your use of the DeepRoute website and services. By submitting an application or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What DeepRoute does

DeepRoute provides recruiting outreach assistance. On behalf of a high school football athlete, we prepare outreach materials and send emails and, on certain plans, make phone calls and send social media messages to college football coaching staffs. We pass along the athlete's information and highlight film so coaches can evaluate them.

DeepRoute is not a sports agent. We do not represent athletes, negotiate on their behalf, or make commitments for them. Any decision about recruiting rests with the athlete, the family, and the colleges.

2. No guarantees

We do not promise or guarantee scholarship offers, roster spots, replies from coaches, visits, or any particular recruiting outcome. Coaches decide whether to respond. Our service is the outreach itself.

3. Not affiliated with the NCAA or any college

DeepRoute is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, any athletic conference, or any college or university. Families are responsible for understanding the recruiting and eligibility rules that apply to their athlete.

4. Pricing

Our plans are flat subscription fees based on the plan duration and the level of outreach (for example, email only, or email plus phone and social). Our fees are never based on, or contingent on, whether an athlete receives an offer, a scholarship, or a roster spot, and we never take a percentage of any scholarship or other value.

5. Applications and review

Submitting an application is not a purchase. We review each application and may decline it. You will not be charged until we have reviewed your application, confirmed we can help, and you have chosen a plan.

6. Eligibility and accounts: parent or guardian required

DeepRoute is for athletes who are at least a sophomore in high school. A parent or legal guardian must submit the application, agree to these Terms, and act as the account holder, including for athletes who are 18 or older. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are the athlete's parent or legal guardian and have authority to agree to these Terms and to share the information provided.

7. Information you give us

You agree that the information you provide, including stats, measurables, grades, test scores, and highlight film links, is accurate and not misleading. You authorize us to use it, and the athlete's name and contact information, in outreach to college coaches and in related materials. You confirm that you have the right to share the highlight film and any other content you provide. We may pause or end service if information is inaccurate.

8. Success stories and testimonials

If the parent or guardian opts in on the application, DeepRoute may share news of an athlete's offer or commitment, along with the athlete's name, school, graduation year, photo, highlight film, and any quote the family provides, on our website and social media. We will confirm with the parent or guardian before posting, and we will not include a home address or phone number. Opting in is optional and does not affect your application or service.

You may withdraw permission at any time by emailing [your contact email]. We will stop using the athlete's information in new posts and will make reasonable efforts to remove existing posts, though we cannot control copies already shared by others. Success stories describe individual results, which vary. DeepRoute does not guarantee any outcome.

9. How we conduct outreach

We send emails that identify DeepRoute honestly and include an unsubscribe option and our mailing address. We honor opt-out requests from coaches and stop contacting anyone who asks us to stop. Phone outreach is made by our team to athletic office lines, using truthful caller identification. We may decline or stop any outreach that we believe is inaccurate or inappropriate.

10. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance for the length of the plan you choose (6, 12, or 18 months). Billing ends automatically at the end of your plan's term unless you choose to renew.

You may cancel at any time by emailing [your contact email]. Cancellation stops all future monthly charges, and outreach stops on the date we process your cancellation.

If you cancel part-way through a billing month, we will refund the unused portion of that month, calculated by the number of days remaining. Payments for earlier months are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, DeepRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
